We are open Monday-Friday from 9 am. to 6 pm EST.  We are here on Saturday by appointment only..

Products are poured in the order that they are received.  We can pour one set of any mold I have per day.  Generally items will ship within 3-5 business days, but during our busy season (April-October) a couple extra days may be required.

Once orders are completed, an email is sent out notifying you with tracking information and carrier.  In some cases, a completed order email may get sent to your spam folder.  Please check there after the allowed 2-3 business days.  If you still do not have tracking information after the 4th day, please email us.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our shop. However, if the exchange is necessary because of our mistake, we will cover all shipping charges involved. Free shipping coupons are not valid on any exchange. If you used a free shipping promotion on your original order and returned that order for a refund or exchange, that promotion is then forfeited and the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund/store credit granted.

If you return an item for a refund, it must first meet the criteria stated in our above returns policy. All returns must be received at DKM within 7 days from their original purchase date. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment source. If an order is placed using store credit, and that order requires a refund, the store credit will be re-applied to your account. Refunds are not issued until the original product is received.

Yes, we have a stock of over 20 different colors, along with  specialty colors that "glow" under UV lighting. Or you can send us a certain color and we can use that as well.

If one of our manufactured side marker lenses is listed as"out of stock" it simply means that we are re-doing the mold for that particular item.  This may cause some delay in processing your order, but rest assure it will be completed as soon as possible.

We can mold just about any headlight reflector, if it is not one that we currently have, we would need a pre- order of at least 5 prior to molding them.  I suggest to start a forum thread to gain interest and to set up the process, and Contact Us with your inquiry.

Absolutely! Scorpion offers 12 different standard color tints, or you can have it color-matched to your vehicle. We would just need your paint code prior to your appointment.  Additional fees may apply.

Scorpion Protective Coatings is mainly developed for truck bed liners, but its versatility can be used on boats, ATV, porches and decks, walkways.  We also carry non-slip additives that can be used on walkways and ramps as well.

To get you set up quickly with an appointment that works best around your schedule please request a quote, and be sure to choose your preferred install date.  We need your vehicle for approx. 2-3 business days, so please take that into consideration when planning your installation.

Our Armour-Seal Undercoating is $325 (taxes incl) for a standard vehicle undercarriage protection.

Armour-Seal is good for up to 5 years of protection. After the first 3 years, you can come in and we will touch it up for free.  If anything prior to 3 years from the original date, there is a $100 cost.
